Great service!!!
Worst experience ever. I have never been treated in such a way as a client at any bank. I have been cashing checks through this bank for over 4 months and to treated like a criminal is insane. I had a check from this bank, and I am an account holder here. Spent 40 mins awaiting verification blah blah. Then finally checks my own account here and becomes more comfortable cashing it….. really. I hope this is as comforting as my anxiety and distress over this.
Unfriendly and inaccessible! I realize that a business in Miami is required to be callous and unfriendly in order to exist but this Centennial branch exceeds with the grinch factor! First, there is NO drive-Thru and so I am required to walk-in to the lobby of this Highrise and request permission from the grumpy building security to get to the 15th floor.
