maintenance wont fix anything in my apartment, broken stove, dryer wont work, stopped up tub, lights out, I'm getting blamed for other Tenants issues, someone bbq outside and left a grill but, I got blamed even though it wasn't mine. APARTMENT ROBBED IN BROAD DAY LIGHT WITH A CROW BAR!!! THE NEXT DAY MY CAR WAS STOLEN IN DAY LIGHT AND I WASN'T EVEN HOME FOR 30 MIN. ITS THE NEXT DAY AND OFFICE STILL HASN'T FIXED THE DOOR!!! A lot of break ins recently and the front office has done absolutely nothing to warn their residents and make the property safer. They actually want to keep it quiet. Shame on you!!!
I am so pleased with the superior, superb, fantastic, fantabulous, service and support that we have received from the entire staff at Centennial at 5th. I often feel like I am living in an estate and not an apartment complex. Thank you for the great experiences. Especially since my specialty in 5 of my previous jobs was as an experience specialist. Our rental/move in experience has been outstanding. Tara, our leasing agent has been kind and compassionate. The property manager, Lisa, is professional and helpful. We are looking forward to calling this property home.
Maintenance is always prompt and courteous, and management seems genuinely concerned about security.
Very good changes since the new manager started, new office staff is friendly too. Maintenance always responds quickly. Hope it stays this way.
