You get what you pay for. Cheap housing that brings with it cheap people. People always trying to break into the building. Doors slamming 24/7, people screaming all day and night, people kicking walls, music blasting at max volume all day and night, homeless people getting into the building to squat in the common areas, rampant drug usage and criminal activity the entire surrounding neighborhood is a nonstop episode of cops.
