At Anchor View apartments in st.Paul they gave up cleaning all together, it's filthy and smells. The manager keeps telling they're looking for a cleaner, I say BS! the very moment they changed from Capreit they turned a very nice new building into a S#!THOLE!

I am still waiting for my building entry key as depicted clearly in my lease, almost full 2 weeks now. The manager, Kristi, has only offered to amend my lease to cover her mistake. Trouble is, why should an apartment manager be given a 3rd chance to get a legal document she drafted and signed correct. Only response is I am at fault for not getting what was clear in my lease. You get what you pay for. Cheap housing that brings with it cheap people. People always trying to break into the building. Doors slamming 24/7, people screaming all day and night, people kicking walls, music blasting at max volume all day and night, homeless people getting into the building to squat in the common areas, rampant drug usage and criminal activity the entire surrounding neighborhood is a nonstop episode of cops.
