DO NOT LIVE HERE. My daughters have lived here for less than a month and we have had nothing but problems. First off they told us they would take $100 off the deposit and give us a free parking pass. They continually kept charging us the $100 and I had to fight that one for over a week. Then they refuse to keep up their end of the bargain for a parking pass for free. Shame on Centennial Aparrtments for doing business with UPE. They should not be approved by BYU Housing for this reason alone. Doing business with thieves that steal from students makes you a thief by association.
Save yourself the hassle and donât live here. There are so many better options at lower prices. As other comments have explained, this place has terrible management. To sum them up in one word: unprofessional. I wouldnât be surprised to hear that they dress up in skeleton costumes every Halloween and beat up anyone smaller than themselves.
