after 5 years of taking my dog here i missed a couple of appointments and got an EARFUL about it. first time i called before to explain, second time i was unable to. building a relationship with a customer is not something that happens overnight, but destroying it is, there goes the CLV (customer lifetime value)
I have been a loyal customer of this vet clinic for years, but after my most recent experiences, I will no longer be bringing my cats here. I initially brought my cats in for their annual well visits, and one of them had red gums, which I was told might require dental care. We had our first experience at Centennial Animal Hospital last week. Our 16 year old chihuahua was sick, and the staff at Centennial was very kind and helpful as we figured out her diagnosis. Unfortunately, we had to send our Coco over the rainbow bridge. Jackson was very sweet with Coco. He gave her lots of forehead kisses during her exams. Dr Fitzpatrick was very kind and comforting in Coco’s last moments. I highly recommend this clinic. We had a very peaceful and loving experience despite how challenging the process was.
I wrote my first review as a new client who was very impressed with Centennial Animal Hospital. I have three dogs and have been in a variety of situations with the clinic the past several years. Whether it's nail trims, annual exams, unplanned injury care, dental procedures or behavior issues, the professional, conscientious, competent care is always at the same high standard.
