I had a very disappointing experience during my visit to Immediate Care, Allergy Department (Suite 230), with my 3-year-old child. While the doctor we saw was absolutely amazing and compassionate, the rest of the experience especially during the blood draw process was extremely upsetting. Care fo your needs
The operator i just spoke to today was very rude and unhelpful. I was given a faulty walking boot that in 2 days stopped pumping air. I explained i have been walking on a plantar fascia tear for 8 months due to a misdiagnosis and she told me basically since you have already been walking on it, continue for another few days. Didnt try to ask a nurse or even see if getting me a replacement was a possibility. I am so disgusted by this location, i am calling after the holiday to file a complaint.
I had a completely positive experience. My waiting time was very reasonable—about 30 to 45 minutes. I was well taken care of, thoroughly evaluated, properly diagnosed, and prescribed the necessary medication. The staff was attentive and professional throughout the visit. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and would definitely recommend this place.
