The urgent care staff here is always so friendly. I choose this location every time for my whole family. The doctor today was extremely friendly with my 8 year old daughter that made her feel comfortable. He was very informative and listened well to my concerns. (His great skin didn't go unnoticed either.) I always feel comfortable and appreciate the care we receive here!
This is absolutely the worst immediate care in the area! I went there on a Thursday for a skin problem and the Doctor on Call, Matilda, immediately knew what it was and cauterized it in order to freeze/burn it off. She even said she did another one a few days before. She was so friendly and knowledgeable! i just went to the immediate care this evening and rhis will be my last! this is the second time i was treated badly by receptionist. the dr was horrible just horrible! i told her i believe i have a yeast infection from the uti medicine i was on that i was in pain and itching! she made me pull down my pants and when she went to swab me i said be careful it hurts and she said thats it and thew her gloves and said its past 8!! wow i was in tears and she got the nurse to come in .. while i have no pants on. even tho i got there... read more
This immediate care ctr is the worst. I came in with a sore throat and chest congestion, and left without them checking my throat and telling me I was diagnosed with COPD without even testing me. The nurse practitioner was totally unprofessional. She was more concerned about her breast implants than medical care. I could have gotten better service and care with Dr. Howard, Dr. Fine or Dr. Howard. Oh , lets not forget the horrendous girl at admissions. Do not go here unless you are a medical professional and can advocate for yourself or whoever you’re taking to get treated here. My 6 year old was absolutely miserable (cough, high fevers, congestion, body aches, chills, etc). We thought maybe she had strep as she was in close contact with someone who did. This is what the DO did: swabbed for strep. He did not do a proper assessment AT ALL.
