i just went to the immediate care this evening and rhis will be my last! this is the second time i was treated badly by receptionist. the dr was horrible just horrible! i told her i believe i have a yeast infection from the uti medicine i was on that i was in pain and itching! she made me pull down my pants and when she went to swab me i said be careful it hurts and she said thats it and thew her gloves and said its past 8!! wow i was in tears and she got the nurse to come in .. while i have no pants on. even tho i got there... read more
This immediate care ctr is the worst. I came in with a sore throat and chest congestion, and left without them checking my throat and telling me I was diagnosed with COPD without even testing me. The nurse practitioner was totally unprofessional. She was more concerned about her breast implants than medical care. I could have gotten better service and care with Dr. Howard, Dr. Fine or Dr. Howard. Oh , lets not forget the horrendous girl at admissions. Do not go here unless you are a medical professional and can advocate for yourself or whoever you’re taking to get treated here. My 6 year old was absolutely miserable (cough, high fevers, congestion, body aches, chills, etc). We thought maybe she had strep as she was in close contact with someone who did. This is what the DO did: swabbed for strep. He did not do a proper assessment AT ALL. EDIT 02/11/24: two stars. Only because the front desk and nurses were nice. The doctor didn’t even check my daughter’s glands which are very swollen. Didn’t do a respiratory panel. My husband took her otherwise I would’ve said something at the time. I was skeptical on coming here because of the bad reviews. My daughter needed to be seen and her peds office didn’t have any openings. We made a “reservation” and maybe waited 10 minutes past our time which was fine. Need more med staff in urgent care. 3.5-4 hr wait is not acceptable. Shortest time I've waited at this urgent care is 2+ hrs.
