She was awesome , I love the fact she was a straight shooter and excellent at what she does , very glad we got her.
She isn't really their to listen, she makes her own assumptions and no matter what you say she won't listen. She use to be a good doctor but these last few appointments I have become disappointed
Have been taking my dad to the Heart Unit in the hospital across from the gift shop for over a year. I cannot say enough good things about the women working there. They are kind, caring, concerned and very professional. They truly care about my father's health and even me to work with my schedule. I highly recommend this unit if you're ever in need of heart care prevention services.
Worse than useless. Avoid this place at all costs. Was casually dismissed, none of my concerns addressed. Very upsetting.

All offices use different computer systems and can't keep your records straight. Dr Burrell is terrible and has no knowledge or people skills. Don't Waste your time here.
It is extremely disappointing that after waiting for 25 minutes I get a very rude appointment coordinator named (Rita). Her only purpose was to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. I ask her to schedule an appointment with a female family practitioner and she said that the ONLY one was not taking patients. How is it that they only have 1 female doctor!!! And when I ask her about another doctor she said the only appointment available is in 3 weeks. 3 Weeks!!!!!!!!! What kind of third world medical system are they mana... read more
