I purchased a Dell All-in-One and after learning there was issue (the device is password locked), I reached out to see how to fix it. The first emails I received were hostile and claimed that it couldn't be locked. If they had taken a moment to look at it, they would know. But this person said they were responsible to clear the data...no way could they have gotten this one wrong. After that, I reached out to the supervisor (2-3 times) with no response. To say that customer service is sad would be an understatement.
