This company does not take maintenance seriously at all. It It is almost so bad that I would not be surprised if they left a life-threatening issue. We also looked into renting from them again just a couple of months after renting with them for over 5 years and they still wanted to charge $100 in application fees just to look at a place. I feel this should be considered before renting from this company. In late 2021 after a rough divorce and some very hard family circumstances, I was going to have to be late on a rent payment. This was for a little home I'd rented from this company. I had never missed rent and I was late one other time during my stay there.
