Probably the best there is in Butte as far as property management goes, but that unfortunately doesn’t set a very high bar. The owner of my property was very pleasant to speak and interact with, but unfortunately I can’t say the same for Centana’s staff. It felt as if there was some sort of disconnect in every interaction, as if I was inconveniencing them by asking questions about subjects that I found important. I had my first experience last year with Centana Property Management and found them to be very professional, friendly and ready to take care of any repairs etc. I renewed my lease this year and there were things that needed attention. Right away they sent an incredible maintenence and repair team to handle. I didn't have to wait. They were on top of it and did an excellent job. This was such a great experience. I highly recommend using Centana Property Management and the qualified people that work with them.
