We have been with centana for 5 years, never had any issues. They have always addressed any concerns quickly and when we moved to a bigger place we made sure to stay with the company. I always suggest them when someone is looking for a place. Very friendly staff.
Emily has been super attentive throughput our move in process and really good at making sure everything is taken care of. Super thankful for her
The places are completely slum. If you want a nice place they want 2000+ a month which is basically a house payment. They go on a credit score to be able to rent from them, when their properties are mostly garbage. Pictures of the walls crumbling in my duplex were sent 2 years ago and have yet to be fixed.
Slumlords. I cannot believe people use them as property managers. The apartment we rented was not in the best of condition when we moved in. Floors were in really bad shape, cabinets not secured to the wall, holes in the floor for the mice to come up through and several maintenance issues. Went without heat for several months during the winter and had to use space heaters, the hot water heater pilot light kept going out and the last time we could not get it lit again. The Centana team in Butte manages my family home as a rental and they’re always available and responsive to my questions and concerns. I appreciate their flexibility and willingness to meet my needs as owner. Their communication is good and I find the owner portal user friendly and very convenient.
