1. I am a property owner not a tenant. 2. Understand that Centana has been taken over by new management. This is not the Centana of previous years. No notice was given to owners. New management began at the end of 2024. 3. Centana likes to take it upon themselves to do unrequested maintenance and charge you for it. Such as going unasked on your property and turning off water that was already turned off months earlier by the owner.
