Man on reception is very unfriendly , rude and argumentative and then hung up on me. Terrible phone manners!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give no stars I would!
super long wait times. almost 50 minutes. girl at reception doesn’t really listen to you. i came here for the first time in about 10 years and i didnt remember if i had been here before so i put no. when i come up to the reception the girl is like “well you haven’t been here” in a real condescending tone. i understand she probably is just overworked and tired but frankly it’s unacceptable
Get more organised as a business seriously it’s not that difficult waiting 45mins past a booked in appointment for a sick child is very poor … other places to go won’t be back
I had a test done and antibiotics prescribed before the results came back. They didn’t call to let me know the results were in and (I found out later) positive for an infection that was actually resistant to the antibiotics so they would have known that I was not getting the right treatment and left it weeks. They wanted to charge $25 to tell me the results over the phone or would have to go in. I went to a different doctor and had them chase up the results for me.
