On 11/16/2017 I went to urgent care and was referred to the Lexington ENT with a diagnosis of Acute Ear Effusion basically my ear drum was on verge of rupturing. I arrived to an empty waiting area and a rude reseptionist. I waited patiently in a wheel chair due to the demerol they had given in urgent care due to the severe pain.
