Dr. Giles has operated on me twice to repair some facial basal cell cancer removal. He has done a great job and is such a nice caring physician. We are fortunate to have such a talented surgeon in Columbia. I very highly recommend him. I should add that his assistant, Kelson , was also very helpful to me during my treatment. She is also a jewel.

Our ENT is amazing and the staff in the building are incredibly kind, but man is this office unorganized. We were told in NOVEMBER our son would be getting surgery and that they would call us in the next week. Never got a call. I tried calling to schedule, left messages. This went on for TWO MONTHS. Finally get a hold of somebody and they were incredibly rude. Not the scheduler, whoever was in the office that day. Do not use this office for any reason! Dr Giles did great work. However, I have a recheck that Karen the incompetent office manager did not open up the schedule for my appointment to be made and I showed up to a multitude of excuses as to why the doctor was not there. All the while I was hearing the conversation taking place in the background that due to Karen not doing her job no one knew that I was coming. A waste of my time! I had a 1:30 appointment with Dr. Hilton on Monday. I arrived approximately 1:35, signed in at front desk, waited until 2:35, went to desk to ask to be rescheduled found out they didn’t sign me in to let the back know I had arrived. I had another appointment at 3:00, so I left without being seen. I am to make another appointment as as follow-up for the coughing also to see if I qualify to have the Inspired placed instead of continuing using my CPap.
