Our son has been here a few times when it was still called CENTA. We had to cancel an appointment recently. Today I'm trying reschedule the appointment but when I called them a few minutes ago, it rang once or twice before I heard an automated say that they were currently experiencing problems their system & to try calling again later, or something along those lines. We were referred to this office for tube placement in my 7 month old. It took 2 weeks for them to call to make an appt after the referral was sent. First, they did no testing on my daughter. No hearing test or anything. Second, our appt was 5 minutes with a nurse practitioner. We didn’t even get to meet the surgeon that would be performing the procedure on my daughter.
