We were referred to this office for tube placement in my 7 month old. It took 2 weeks for them to call to make an appt after the referral was sent. First, they did no testing on my daughter. No hearing test or anything. Second, our appt was 5 minutes with a nurse practitioner. We didn’t even get to meet the surgeon that would be performing the procedure on my daughter. Dr. Giles has operated on me twice to repair some facial basal cell cancer removal. He has done a great job and is such a nice caring physician. We are fortunate to have such a talented surgeon in Columbia. I very highly recommend him. I should add that his assistant, Kelson , was also very helpful to me during my treatment. She is also a jewel.

Our ENT is amazing and the staff in the building are incredibly kind, but man is this office unorganized. We were told in NOVEMBER our son would be getting surgery and that they would call us in the next week. Never got a call. I tried calling to schedule, left messages. This went on for TWO MONTHS. Finally get a hold of somebody and they were incredibly rude. Not the scheduler, whoever was in the office that day.
