Veterinary care is excellent. been with Dr. Pilat for years. Hours of operation should be clarified, vets leave one hour before closing. I made an unnecessary trip today, getting there at 515 for heartworm check. And please fix the driveway and parking lot that has huge holes.
Love this clinic’s realistic yet compassionate approach to the care they provide. They are sensitive to the financial stressors of pet care yet focus on the needs of your pet. They’ve taken care of us for 11+ years. We can always trust that “Cooper” is in good hands.
Was a 7yr customer but after the disrespect that was shown to my family today I will not be returning or My English Bulldog or my money! Thank you Jesus I was not there because I don't like racist period! The workers there are nice people and have always treated us with respect, but that new doctor has issues!

I brought my cat there Jan 4th. The male vet had an outright temper tanturn using the F word several times. I was in an exam room with my cat and a female vet. He can barging in very angry demanding help. using the F word even more. He got angry when the Vet in With us calming told him she needed help. He shoved the female vet. She left the clinic. which I don't blame her. I am grateful he didn't touch my cat. The vet techs were very good. My cat was already stressed being in the carrier. That vet stressed her more. Dr. Brown did everything she could to save my furbaby, Pity. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You tried everything even though we knew it would be a long shot. The staff is very compassionate especially when you have to say goodbye to your fur baby. We will definitely bring all of our future rescue babies for care at this clinic. Highly Recommend!!
