Terrible. I've signed multiple commercial leases and when it comes to response times and genuine interest in supporting tenants, don't count on it. If you sign a lease, check appliances for remaining useful life; negotiate replacement if old. Get in writing a commitment to be reimbursed in a timely manner as they will delay repayment for TI$ as long as possible. Bottom line: the heck with customer/ tenant care. They don't believe in it

Are these people really professionals? Unbelievable how they stay in business. Anything they say is for lease, is not. I guess they just need windows to place their signs on to advertise their ignorance in the market. Learn how to return emails and phone calls in less than 6 months. Anyone listing their commercial properties with this company, need their heads checked.

If I can give them 0 stars, I would. Communication is lousy. You have to call and email 30X + until you get an answer. I have no idea how these people stay in business. When you finally get a response back (after 1 month), they don't want to answer any of your questions. I would not rent anything listed by this company. Stay far away people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible communication to possible tenants. MAGGIE and the other lady i think her name is AMY. they are in charge of the keller are so unprofessional in returning phone calls or texts, i had to call the office 6 times and not one of them took my call or returned it. I left voice mails and I'm still waiting for one of them to text me or call me. They should get fired and hire professional people. Those 2 ladies are awful.
