I am a current tenant in a Weitzman building. SAVE YOURSELVES AND DO NOT LEASE FROM WEITZMAN!!! This is the last email I wrote to management: Sandi, I did hear Weitzman went down the sxxx drain because all the talented, I mean educated people left the firm causing management to not even respond to tenant requests. It is pretty sad though when even the VP is this way. You can disregard my requests as you did so all this time anyways.

Terrible. I've signed multiple commercial leases and when it comes to response times and genuine interest in supporting tenants, don't count on it. If you sign a lease, check appliances for remaining useful life; negotiate replacement if old. Get in writing a commitment to be reimbursed in a timely manner as they will delay repayment for TI$ as long as possible. Bottom line: the heck with customer/ tenant care. They don't believe in it

Are these people really professionals? Unbelievable how they stay in business. Anything they say is for lease, is not. I guess they just need windows to place their signs on to advertise their ignorance in the market. Learn how to return emails and phone calls in less than 6 months. Anyone listing their commercial properties with this company, need their heads checked.

If I can give them 0 stars, I would. Communication is lousy. You have to call and email 30X + until you get an answer. I have no idea how these people stay in business. When you finally get a response back (after 1 month), they don't want to answer any of your questions. I would not rent anything listed by this company. Stay far away people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
