I been coming to see Dr hall and my counselor for a Lil over two years and if it wasn't for them I would be dead. And I easy pick my phone up and get right thur or they call me back.. it's what YOU PUT INTO IT.. they don't have to offer any help but they do so be grateful they do...
Been waiting for months for any type of appointment or anything I've called weekly to figure out what Is going on and never get any response other than they didn't get my medical records back. When I call the doctor to see why anything hasn't been sent over they say they never received anything. I'm done waiting around it's a struggle for someone to ask for help and they didn't make this process any better sadly.
This place is a complete joke. Their secretaries are completely unprofessional and put everything on you. Scheduling is made to be a hassle, and they do not make an effort to help people with medical problems or exceptions. Should have just stuck with Huntingdon county Counseling and Psychiatric services by the hospital. Also you tell them the meds aren't working and they just up the dosages.
