Cen-Tex just re-plastered my old pool and it looks amazing! Their workers were prompt and respectful. Rudy, who discovered that my pool needed a full re-plaster vs a simple patch, was honest with me about the situation. I really appreciate honesty even if it's not what I want to hear. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Made initial appt on a Monday to take time off the following Friday to have my pool inspected in order to get an idea of the cost to replaster, tile and possibly use a product called Pebbletec”. Friday arrives and the tech assigned to meet with me calls and does everything in his power to get out of meeting to evaluate my pool.
