Great customer service from the get go. I called early Friday morning as my air conditioner died at night. They were super accommodating! When the service tech arrived he was ready to go as we explained what we experienced. The tech was very knowledgeable and spoke with my husband of what the possible problems could be. Luckily the tech had the part in his car and we were feeling the chill of our air conditioner before he even left! Great service all around!! Thank you!!!!
