They suck. They don’t take all cards. Zero communication channels. And their “courtesy notifications” are 10 days after the due date. My card expired and I got a new one.. didn’t think about it, because who does, new card isn’t accepted. So now I’m going back to paper statements and mailing checks. More headaches for me because they’re lazy.
Makes me wish I lived in the middle of nowhere like Josie Wells.

About as greedy and horrible of a company as you can possibly deal with in every way. Can they get any worse I'm not sure how it's possible..🤷🏻♂️
They scheduled to replace a pole during a weekday morning. My partner and I work from home. They did not give us notice. Very cool, very professional.
