I would not recommend using this service. Mike walked off in the middle of doing an inspection we had scheduled (after showing up 20 minutes late) without communicating anything. He told my agent as he drove away that I was asking too many questions and he didn’t have time for this. I’ve never experienced anything so unprofessional in my life.
This guy sucks. Missed water in the crawl space from a gapping hole in the plumbing pipes. Never said anything. Said my water heater was 15 years old. It’s was installed in 2021 new. Didn’t catch my toilet was from 1989 and the entire plumbing system needed to be redone. Didn’t catch there’s no switch inside the pole barn to open and close the garage door (massive door). Very thorough work and so patient. Easy to work with and quick to get results to you. Would recommend 10/10
Gave an approximate age of an outdoor AC condensor of 2002 while it was 1988 and said so on the plate on the back of the unit. Labeled condition as satisfactory in home report while compressor was bad. Missed obvious non-code breaker hook ups in the breaker panel (wire double tap) and code issues with the set up of the furnace, ac coil and water heater vent. Other issues but those are the biggest.
Mike was extremely respectful and helpful with any questions or concerns we had. During our house purchasing time and inspection. He Immediately responded any time i reached out. Extremely pleasant to work with. If you're in need of an inspection. I honestly recommend calling Mike!!! He gets the job done as professionally and informative as possible. Amazing Job Mike!!!
