This guy sucks. Missed water in the crawl space from a gapping hole in the plumbing pipes. Never said anything. Said my water heater was 15 years old. It’s was installed in 2021 new. Didn’t catch my toilet was from 1989 and the entire plumbing system needed to be redone. Didn’t catch there’s no switch inside the pole barn to open and close the garage door (massive door). Very thorough work and so patient. Easy to work with and quick to get results to you. Would recommend 10/10
Gave an approximate age of an outdoor AC condensor of 2002 while it was 1988 and said so on the plate on the back of the unit. Labeled condition as satisfactory in home report while compressor was bad. Missed obvious non-code breaker hook ups in the breaker panel (wire double tap) and code issues with the set up of the furnace, ac coil and water heater vent. Other issues but those are the biggest.
