Great place to store it is very safe and secure! They always have the best customer service, and greet you with a smile. The facility is always clean and taken care of. I will recommend Celtic storage to all my friends and family! You guys are the best!
What a great experience! Moving is hard enough but when you have a facility with great customer service, great prices and secure and clean, it makes the move so much easier!!!! I will definitely tell all my friends about this company and will rent again if needed!!
These guys are amazing. I arrived and dust and sweep, could practically eat of the floor. Had private time to organize and jam or to my music. With daylight savings I was running a bit behind and got a warning. I guess I didn't do the gate code right so I had a weird walk by, that was suspect as hell. The new girl seems a little dramatic about the gate code could have said hello instead of two people coming up. The man, with her, was the owner I guess.. the next day I was organizing. I love the facility but the customer service was Zero! I asked the gal on the phone who was incredibly rude and condescending her name and she hung upon me. She also told me she would not waive the late fee after I had set my account up on auto pay!! I've now set my account up twice for auto pay - lets see if it works. What's worse - this gal has my credit card information. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They obviously don't care about being nice.
