These guys are amazing. I arrived and dust and sweep, could practically eat of the floor. Had private time to organize and jam or to my music. With daylight savings I was running a bit behind and got a warning. I guess I didn't do the gate code right so I had a weird walk by, that was suspect as hell. The new girl seems a little dramatic about the gate code could have said hello instead of two people coming up. The man, with her, was the owner I guess.. the next day I was organizing. I love the facility but the customer service was Zero! I asked the gal on the phone who was incredibly rude and condescending her name and she hung upon me. She also told me she would not waive the late fee after I had set my account up on auto pay!! I've now set my account up twice for auto pay - lets see if it works. What's worse - this gal has my credit card information. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They obviously don't care about being nice.
Best family business storage facility. The whole property is brand new & the rates are the cheapest in keizer
JUST DONT DO IT !!! I was a customer 1year and 3 different times my lock was “ locked from the storage company but I’m on auto pay”? Every time I asked why they said oh must be an accident… on top of that they are never open when they advertise they are so I had a hassle getting it UN-locked only to be given apologies?? I feel like they were not professional and I can’t prove it but I think they were in my unit and messed with my locks .. I was on Auto pay so why would it be locked from them internally??? No One Could Answer... read more
