What a dump Villas of Murlen in Olathe is! I moved in on October 1 and am still cleaning this filth. Management ignores your maintenance requests and even cancels a few of them! The property manager, Jessica Daniels, is nice enough, but she doesn't fo!low through on anything! I will be out of here by the end of year. The folks who live here are decent and hard working.
I was discriminated against by Celtic Property Management Property Manager, Gina Schiraldi and her Property Management Assistant, Marley Stinson. On June 23rd I submitted a maintenance request to report a clogged drain. On July 2nd, I submitted a second request to report that same issue, because it was not dealt with. On July 15th, I had to submit a third maintenance request because additional issues needed attention.
