I am in the unfortunate circumstance of being a neighbor to a Celtic property. They care very little about the communities they occupy. Their building is a blight on what could otherwise be a safe and clean neighborhood and Celtic refuses to take any steps to mitigate the ongoing issues that residents have been complaining of for years. Just ended a phone call with a lady with a lot of attitude who sounded hostile , like she hated her job. Just called to inquire about an apartment. Explained that I wasn't available during the week. A lot of back and forth with her. It doesn't take much to be nice to someone! Based on the reviews that I have read , I think I may have dodged a bullet!
If i could put a zero i would. Absolutely useless management company. Don't care about smoking in their buildings. Don't care about blatant verbal harassment by tenants. Extremely unprofessional company.
