Dr. Celso Tello has been my ophthalmologist for more than 20 years. He is a highly competent physician and surgeon. Dr. Tello has saved my vision and I trust him implicitly. He has a wonderful personality and bedside manner which is rarely seen in the medical field. I highly recommend him.
