very nice and knowledgeable Dr. However, his medical notes are replete with so many inaccuracies and misinformation i hesitate to followup with him. Very difficult to communicate with his office. His medical assistant removed the majority of my carefully completed medical conditions and medications. Office failed to set up communication feature in my chart. I had someone with me during appt and both of us are at a loss to comprehend the extending of inaccurate and misleading information in Dr Agner's notes.
Where to begin…I was diagnosed with Guillain-Barre Syndrome (9/2021) as a direct result of the 1st Moderna Vax taken at a Publix 7/2021. Dr Emery, my original neurologist and an excellent one, did many tests but spinal fluid gave confirmation. Within short time I had become 75-80% paralyzed with some brain impairment I couldn’t walk and only barely feed myself.
