I used Celski to find a tenant for my rental house in Richland, WA. Brianna did an exceptional job, which I made more difficult for her by being out of town. She was diligent in finding a good tenant. She customized the paperwork and financials for me. I will use Celski again. **** *.
We rented from Celski and Associates for a little over a year and had numerous problems. They were often really slow about responding to maintenance requests and kept showing up without giving notice, including scaring me by being in the backyard without warning while I was taking a nap. very pleased with Celski They we're great property managers and I was very happy with how they took care of all my needs as a tenant. I would definitely go back to them again if I need to rent.
