Weekend Response - Emergency Handled! I was unlucky enough to have my fridge go out on a weekend right after I had gone grocery shopping. I called the office and pushed a button for my property manger, thinking I'd have to leave a message and wait all weekend for a response, but it transferred me to her cell phone! Not only did I have a new fridge before dinner Monday, they gave me a grocery giftcard to help restock my fridge! Rotten. Beware Immature group that will quickly demonstrate that you the customer are NOT important. They dont return phone calls and do not care for the properties they manage. They call you back when they find it convenient. Not when you need it. Dont answer emails either. Go elsewhere where you will be treated with respect!

We rented from Celski and Associates for a little over a year and had numerous problems. They were often really slow about responding to maintenance requests and kept showing up without giving notice, including scaring me by being in the backyard without warning while I was taking a nap. When our air conditioner went out during the heat wave in July our property manager Jennifer J*** straight up lied to me and told me she had called to make an appointment to get it fixed, but she never did. Unresponsive, unprofessional, greedy When we signed the lease Celski agent Jennifer June told us the landlord would take care of the yard or take $50/ month off the rent and have us do it. Once we moved in she said the landlord (illegally) decided we should do it for free, but he would buy us a mower. He never bought the mower. When we moved in the "yard" was nothing but rocks and 3ft tall weeds. As I type this I am lying awake, unable to sleep through the 105 degree heat wave because the air conditioner is broken. It has been broken for eight days. Eight days ago we put in a maintenance request because the ac started freezing up and not working. Six days ago they had a tech come look at it while we were out of town. Manager said she would call and update us that day. She didn't. We came home to a hot house and still no ac. Called celski, no return call. Great team I would recommend people to use them as both property managers and to also rent their properties. I rented with them for about 2 years and had a very good experience. I liked the ability to pay online. i was refunded my deposit and allowed to do a walk through of the property at the end of my tenancy when i requested it. Very professional and very fair.

very pleased with Celski They we're great property managers and I was very happy with how they took care of all my needs as a tenant. I would definitely go back to them again if I need to rent.

I was very pleased renting from this company. I got an appointment immediately to see a property and within a week I was signing a lease. I had the opportunity to have Jon as my property manager and he was very kind and attentive to anything I needed. I would rent from them again.
