I recently had new gas central heating installed, including installing new pipework and radiators. The whole process from start to finish has been a really positive experience. I was kept informed every day of progress and what to expect. Connor and Blair are professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. They arrived in time for the scheduled day. Explained everything before starting the job. Ensured health and safety measures were followed. At the end of fitting the new boiler, they explained everything to my mother while I was at work. Left me a note to say how to contact if any issues occurred. Overall a very seamless and stress-free experience.
Celsius did a great job relocating the kitchen plumbing for our remodel. Craig, the plumber on the day, was friendly, helpful, and determined. He ran into a major issue with the concrete base sitting just below floor level, which made us doubt the job could even be done. But he stuck at it, found a solution, and got it done the same day which was a huge relief, as everything depended on it. He stayed late and even gave advice on other bits. Great service, competitive price highly recommend.
Excellent service from start to finish. Faulty gas boiler repaired in the space of a couple of hours. Monique organised the engineer visit efficiently and Connor completed the with skill and excellent communication. I would most definitely use this firm again.
Another annual boiler service by Celsius Plumbing and Heating. They are fantastic and give me total peace of mind. They installed my new combi boiler replacement and service my Ideal combi boiler every year since my combi boiler installation back in 2021.
