Excellent Service from Start to Finish From my first enquiry right through to installation, the service from Celsius was outstanding. Every question was answered quickly and professionally, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. Jamie and Connor arrived on time, carried out the installation efficiently, and left the room spotless. They were both friendly and courteous throughout. I couldn’t be happier with the result — I’d definitely recommend Celsius and the whole team.
Had Bruce from Celsius Plumbers to fit my new bathroom towel rail and my gas boiler got repaired during the same appointment, excellent work really nice chap and happy go lucky worker. Took real care of my new bathroom flooring.
Superb service from the Celsius team. Quick and easy to organise call outs. We have had a couple of interconnected issues with our boiler/heating that have now been fixed. Blair came out and helped diagnose the problems and fixed quickly and efficiently. It was great to be able to have the same person come back as he knew exactly what had been done. All round very satisfied customer and will be continuing to use.
Really impressed by Celsius. Diagnosed problem with our HW cylinder which other plumbing firms hadn't been able to. Efficient communication, booking of all visits, payment etc. Fantastic work on the day by Michael and Aaron - friendly, happy to troubleshoot, and job completed to high standard. Would highly recommend.
Recently had the guys from celsius attend one of my rental properties to have a look at the boiler which was playing up. The guys let me know when they were coming so I could make arrangements to give them access. They diagnosed the issue quickly and arranged for a return visit with a part they had to order from the manufacturer, which fixed the issue. Absolutely faultless service, can't recommend enough!
