Their Cryo machine burned my leg, I had welts and had to go to ER right after for fear of frost bite. The owner called me and said she would follow up with me about having the machine serviced. However, I never heard from her again AND she didn’t even offer to refund my purchase. I have done Cryo many other times at other locations and have never had any problems. I will never use this location again.
Will return again. I loved everything about this place!!! Excellent customer service, great feedback on my questions, and the lady was very helpful. I walked in with shoulder and thumb (at the joint) pain that I had been having since the beginning of the year and now the pain is completely gone. I felt the difference as soon as I got out of the cryo. If you're wondering if it is worth the time and money...IT IS!!!
