This company needs to get their act together. They don't communicate well with customers or coworkers and causes problems for customers. I went to the store to get my phone fixed and they ran a diagnostic on it and said it'd be 3-5 business days until my part was in. I waited a few days and called back about the part and they gave me the run-around saying they didn't know what I was talking about. So, then he says it will be 3-7 business days until my part is there. It'd be great if they would learn how to communicate better... read more

This place is shady at best. Sold a defective phone and refused to refund. But offered to send it off... as if I'm going to trust you with anything again.

This cell phone store offers no refunds and no exchanges. They will sell you cell phones with no manuals. The arrogance of the young guy behind the counter makes me wonder why they have him Employed. Bought a phone software was not working correctly. Cell phone carrier said I could return it because I was in 14 day window this young guy could of cared less about the issue. Carriers Rep was in store and the rep said to replace it. The young guy recited No Exchanges No Refunds. My opinion if you can go somewhere else save your... read more
