Brought in a shield tablet to get the charging port replaced. Picked it up about a week later, they told me it was fixed. Took it home and tried it out and it still wouldn't charge so I took it back. Picked it up about another week later (had to wait on parts). After picking it up I noticed the case had a few cracks in it and the camera lens is gone. AWESOME!! Amazing customer service. She gave me the WiFi password and let me eat my lunch while my iphone6S+ screen was being fixed. Han, the lady at the front, was so kind and professional, quoted me an amazing price $75, and she spoke really great English so she was so fun to talk with. They finished it in 30 minutes, sold me a glass screen protector as well, and quickly Han installed that for me. Everything looks brand new, works perfectly.
