Had a horrible experience at this store yesterday. Went to this location with my girlfriend to purchase a new Galaxy S7 as an upgrade and trade in her old phone. After spending an hour at the store and paying to make her old phone eligible for the upgrade, we were told the manager was not answering any of their calls or returning any of their voicemails and that the transaction could not be completed and to take our paperwork to the AT&T flagship store across town. Dishonest sales staff. Recently when purchasing a new phone I was offered a new notepad. "It's free, for a short time, said Jeremy. I asked for the catch. I was told there wasn't one. Wrong. Later that day I found the notepad was assigned a telephone number and that there was a 24 month contract for the phone number at $10 a month. I called Belt Line Cellular World to speak to the manager. Turns out Jeremy IS the manager and he blamed one of his employees. No satisfaction. I was gullible. But they are SHYSTERS.
