Went in to trade my phone and was lucky enough to have Nora help me. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She let me know of all the features of my plan and what could be added along with all other products available. Hopefully she's there next time I'm ready for a new phone.
My wife and I have had texting technical issues with our new Samsung phones that we upgraded to 5 days ago . After 7 total hours on the phone with supposed technical support, and it being "escalated" to a dept. that doesn't talk to the public. They called me back 5 days later to tell me it's not their fault, that 2 new Samsung phones have the same quirky issue. Help transfer data from old phone with a blank screen to new phone. Also helped us with configuring backup. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This is our new Verizon store. The one in Crossville isn't very helpful.
