My wife has bought two phones that broke. The last purchase ended in a different brand replacement phone but we still are paying for the defective phone. Terrible service and business practices!!! We were also charged a $30 upgrade fee although Cellular Sales used my upgrade capability. This blocked me from using my upgrade on a new iphone.
