Cellular Image Ripoff – Do not buy from this store. They're crooks. I cancelled my phone service through Verizon in June 2009, a phone which I purchased from Cellular Image. They told me the cancellation fee was $326. Of course I was upset about such a high fee, but I was not happy with Verizon or the cheap flip phone they sold me. Terrible store, terrible customer service. – This is an independent business selling Verizon services. If there is a problem, Verizon has no influence to correct the problem. I had a Verizon phone that would not hold a charge. The store sold me a battery for $48 for a phone that cost $20. The battery was new old stock and would not charge. I brought it back within a couple of working days, but they refused to take the defective battery back. When I pressed the issue I was told perhaps I switched the battery.
