An employee “fixed” my phone screen so I could switch phone service providers and turn my phone in. Once I picked my phone up and left, the brightness was really off and it had an orange tint and it completely shut off and would not turn on. At this point we were already at another store to switch providers. Fixed the cracked screen on my galaxy s7 phone in a timely manner and had repair parts in stock. Competitors all had to order parts and cost more to repair.
Aaron Massey helped my dad when his iPad Gen 2 cracked. God blessed my dad tremendously! We do not remember ever putting a screen protector on the iPad, but when Mr. Massey examined the device, he peeled back the screen and what would've been $350.00, turned out to be $25.00. This company has taken good care of our needs.
The guys here were an absolute God Send after I dropped my phone in the bathtub!! They were able to retrieve all of my irreplaceable photos of my daughter!!! And for only $50!!! Great service, awesome price!!
Have a ZTE cell phone and the volume control button was stuck so it wouldn't get out of the File Transfer Mode. Took it in and they fixed it under 20 minutes and for only $30.00! Excellent work and excellent customer service.
