I have been a Boost customer for over a year now and have never had an issue buying a new phone and switching it over. I did my research online and found an iPhone 5s on the official boost website for 549.99 plus tax (about 580 including OVERNIGHT SHIPPING). This retailer refused to bring their price down even though the official Boost price was 549.99.
