Mateo , self proclaimed "manager" so he says refused us service and I will continually report this man until the end. I am the customer and he says to me that since I am assertive and "rude" that he has the right to call the police on me and then adds that he has called the police on people for $5. This is on camera, he says that he will not call the dealer support group because they will give him a charge back when in fact I have to pay a fee to complete a phone ESN change which was already understood. Commented that their system seems to be down a lot and the girl (ash'ley) said, "I'm not waiting on you, and turned and walked away. I said why not. She said "I don't like your attitude and I don't have to wait on you" Go somewhere else How about that for a business.
