Needed a Samsung Battery - Original not after market. They are open until 6:30 in Boerne. Swung in got one. They offered 10% but got an even better $10 off my purchase just for liking on social media. How easy was that! CellTeks is there for all the cell phone needs!
Cellteks is the place to go!! Good customer service is hard to come by these days but they mastered it! Hope I never have to use them again BUT that is the first place I will go if my phone breaks again!! Thanks for taking good care of your customers!!
I want to just give a shout out to Brett McLachlan who when I brought my cell phone in with an issue of it not charging made a simple fix of cleaning it with special tools so that I was on my way quickly with a working phone. He was very personable and love that they didn't charge me which is unheard of these days. Brett is a real class act please go out and see them if you ever need your phone worked on. They were amazing with no wait, I highly recommend CellTeks!
