P.S.A to those in Kokomo if you ever need your phone fixed don't consider Celltech🤦♀️ little backstory I dropped my phone Wednesday afternoon on my way to go to work (on pavement) Thursday I went up there after reading a couple reviews ( do more research always🤦♀️) paid right then even tho I had to wait 2 days and during the time my phone was broken the only accessory I could use was it's flashlight... Took my girlfriend to get her phone fixed after dropping it in road not water had no water related damage screen was cracked an bottom half of touch screen was not working brought it here to get it fixed paid $200 to get the phone back with other issues not related to damage it was brought in for ,flashlight worked fine even after dropping it but once we received phone back screen was not properly glued down nor the back an the flashlight no longer works also NO WATER OR WATER DAMAGE HAS EVER HAPPENED TO THIS PHONE -THANKS C... read more

Fixed my water damaged phone for 140 + tax (should have been 149.8) but then added a hidden 5.99 charge. after which the phone was repaired in under an hour but when I received the phone my screen was downgraded. this store should be your last option if you have any others. main issue was the hidden fee and the downgrading of my screen for full price. edit: the screen has since broken upon falling on cardboard and the touch doesnt work on corners or the sides. DO NOT GO HERE YOU WILL GET SCAMMED
I have went to this place a couple times and never will I again. Took ipone 16 to him that my son locked himself out of and paid 100 dollars for him to not do anything to unlock it. However took it to Cellular Connectios and the guy had it unlocked in less then 5 mins and paid 100 as well. Cell tech had my sons phone for hours and couldn't fix it. Then went and asked if they did screen protectors. He said yes took our phones put screen protectors on it and charge 25 per phone for a screen protector. He never told us the pric... read more
