I was so impressed by the customer service! I had my charging port replaced and technician was so friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and careful with his work! I felt the pricing was fair and I will definitely come back again if I need other repairs. I highly recommend them!
CellTech is THE PLACE to go if you have issues with a cellphone. We walked in with a 2013 flip phone hoping CellTech could help us retrieve the photos for us. Aryan is AMAZING!!! He was able to work the phone and move all of the images to my Galaxy 23 in less than 10 minutes. We were amazed and so thankful. Several other places, including Motorola (flip phone brand) told us there was no way to get photos because the phone was 12 yrs old.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I had my son's iPhone screen replaced here. It failed well within the 60 day warranty period. I brought the phone back and they refused to honor their warranty, claiming that it was necessary to "phone them immediately" and "take a video" of the issue when it happened (I brought it in within 10 days of it happening). The screen went completely black (despite the phone still being on) and I brought it with me. They acknowledged that it was a defective product, but claimed that since it had a minor scratch ... read more
