We have stored cord blood with Cells for Life since 2014 with our first child, again in 2015, and 2017. We are now expecting a surprise baby #4 and will be storing with Cells for Life again in 2025! We've always had a positive experience and are thrilled to see that they now offer cord tissue storage. Highly recommend Cells for Life!
Called in the customer service line for an inquiry and received AMAZING service from Tobias. He really went above and beyond to assist me. So far my experience with Cells for Life has been great. This is my second child and found the storage process with the first very straightforward.

They need to update their customer portal. There is no way to see invoices or past payments or account statement. The portal is very basic and looks so bad and counter intuitive. Very confusing.
Great service. Were there when I gave birth to my son during the pandemic and process and instructions were very clear and organized for medical staff to follow. Worth every penny to ensure cord blood and tissue are securely stored.
