The process was easy, not too long and help was always there if requested. Got referred from someone who used their systems and she was happy too. The welcome bonus is also a nice plus. Our doctor told us to look into this company and glad she did. No issues and it's a nice thing to have (my parents didn't have this choice back then,hehe)
I have had 2 great experiences with Cells for Life and am now in the process of preparing for my third. Great customer service, very fast and efficient. Would highly recommend to the parents interested in collecting their loved one’s cord blood!
I'd have to agree with a lot of the reviews posted here. The company in general is a bit sketchy considering the nature of their service. Even when one of my child's samples was collected 20 years ago I remember thinking "that's not the professionalism I'd expect from a company performing this type of service". I am exploring the options available and have chosen Cells For life. They were patient enough to clarify all the doubts and reverted back with swift responses. I recommend any new parents to go with Cells for Life.
I've been trying to close my account since March 2024. It is now July 2024 and I have yet to be successful. I have called, emailed, left msgs, spoken to reception with promise of callbacks. I have sent them a Facebook msg, instagram msg, msg through BBB. Yet they keep sending me an invoice! Be cautious!
