Extremely frustrating trying to cancel our policy. Have been playing phone tag with them for two months and have given both verbal and email authorization to cancel but they insist that they have to speak to me in person - presumably to coerce me to stay. Considering legal action.

Impossible to cancel your account. What is this nonsense?
Cells for Life (merged with Insception Lifebank) is one of the top companies for cord blood storage in Canada. Newborn Stem Cell Educator, Balraj is amazing – she answered all my questions and helped me understand the technology better. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service. They never send out any invoice. I need to track it myself every year by contacting them. Every time they say they have fixed the issue, but this has been going on for the past 8 years.
