Impossible to cancel your account. What is this nonsense?
Cells for Life (merged with Insception Lifebank) is one of the top companies for cord blood storage in Canada. Newborn Stem Cell Educator, Balraj is amazing – she answered all my questions and helped me understand the technology better. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service. They never send out any invoice. I need to track it myself every year by contacting them. Every time they say they have fixed the issue, but this has been going on for the past 8 years.
I have been trying to close our account since 2021, as my children are 21 and 23 and I have been VERY unsuccessful. Anytime I call they say someone will call me back within 48 hours, but they do not. However, they keep billing me and I have to pay the new invoice inorder to be able to cancel. My total is now $949.40 because they ignore my request, ghost me and then send me a new invoice on my childrens birthday month. The process was easy, not too long and help was always there if requested. Got referred from someone who used their systems and she was happy too. The welcome bonus is also a nice plus. Our doctor told us to look into this company and glad she did. No issues and it's a nice thing to have (my parents didn't have this choice back then,hehe)
