Took my phone in for a battery replacement and when it was replaced the microphone stopped working properly. Not only that, the new battery lasted the same amount of time as the old one. Had to leave my phone with them for 3 days,vwhen I got my phone back the problem was the same. No improvement. They had the phone for 3 days and probably didn't even look at it. Now I am worse off than when I started. Now I either have to pay for repairs or just get a new phone. Really Sucks!
