I went in with an iPhone 6 with a broken screen. They fixed it promptly under 15 minutes and were reasonably priced. I will going to them in the future for any iPhone/iPad repair needs.
I needed a new battery. They were pleasant to deal with and replaced the battery in about 15 minutes. There was one customer ahead of me so it took a total of about 25 minutes.
They had to order my part because it wasn't in stock at the store but it only took a day for it to come in. Ali fixed my cracked G4 screen in record time. I barely sat down and read a few pages of a National Geographic magazine (BTW, appreciated the edifying reading material and waiting room TV programming) and he was done! My phone looks and works like brand new, and for 1/3 LESS than what other places were charging for the same repair! Had my iPad mini screen replaced and just three days later it cracked despite being in a silicone protective case. When I took it back in, I was just told I could get $10 off repairing it again. No thank you. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
