State of the art facility.
Worst billing department ever, with idiots working there.
Dear reader, this place is one of the best pathology and laboratories in all of washington. It has one of the finest staff members and the building is not too ugly. The food was so good, I thought it was a KFC but I got served Ghana Jollof. Thank you for the wonderful time!
This Company has the worst billing department ever, I paid them online and even had the receipt sent to my email, but they still send the bill to Audit and Adjustment company. It’s a debt collection company and they keep calling me to ask me pay again. I contacted Cellnetix labs 4 times but the customer service line could not do anything but send a request to resolve my problem urgently, after 2 months, I still received call from that collection company and Cellnetix has not fixed their mistake. I don’t know what to do now.
