Celli's Cycle opened on November 1, 1969 at 1928 Broadway in Scottsbluff representing Yamaha Motor Corporation.. Four years later we bought our present location, built a new store, and made the big move in early 1974. RecommendedI have yet to find the right bike for me, with that being said I visit two to three times a year, I'm always helped, never pressured and all of my questions are answered. they let me sit on the bikes, give me good information about the bikes, I very much appreciate this dealer for always taking the time to visit with me.
Although it’s been a few years, I’ve bought many vehicles from Rich and nobody worked harder to be fair, and to deliver a great experience for the customer, from custom tuning, to delivery. Will buy again. Thanks for everything you did over the years.
Celli's has had my brother's bike for 3 years. The work has not been completed. Original bike parts have basically been destroyed and are no longer available. This is a horrible way to provide service to anyone, especially a military veteran!
They’ve had my buddies bike for 3 years and haven’t finished it yet and probably aren’t going to. Seems bizarre that a company who’s been around so long would do that to a lifelong customer. 🤷🏼♂️
Not worth it. Take your stuff to Colorado or Wyoming, unless you wanna wait 1+ year(s) to get it back.
On a friends recommendation I called Celli’s looking for a CanAm quad I couldn’t find in Denver. Redo had what I was looking for and even delivered it. A week later I called their service department about a different issue. They got me in and fixed in less that a week! 5 Star Service and Sales! I’ll always use and recommend Celli’s Cycle Center!
Failure to follow through!
Business response:
The service process takes time. Sometime it is a five minute fix, sometime not. When we talked on Monday we told you we would call you as soon as we figured out what was wrong with the unit. That has not been figured out. Again, we are doing the right thing by not selling the unit to you.
Made my first visit today! Wonderful experience road tested a 2016 Spyder F 3 limited! Living in Wyoming we have lost all the Spyder dealers. This one seem to be doing very well. And I believe I know why!
