Juan was extremely hospitable and knowledgeable on everything I asked. I let the staff know early that I was not purchasing anything, but was not treated any differently. They let me try on anything and everything. Would highly recommend this store.
Disrespectful staff. I called inquiring about purchasing a watch and asked if she would be able to offer me a lower price than directly from the watchmaker. She responded to me by laughing and said "get a better price? We buy directly from them". Typically retailers get lower prices because they do large volume business with the watchmaker, which is why they are able to sell at lower prices and they make profit on the margin inbetween.
