I cannot recommend Faisal enough! I initially took my tablet to Crackerz, and they somehow made the situation significantly worse. Feeling completely frustrated, I then found Faisal, and what a difference! He's incredibly skilled, fixed all the damage from the previous shop's incompetence, and genuinely went the extra mile to get my tablet back in perfect working order.
