Simply because she over charged me for screen protector $20 for One screen protector that literally cost $5 ever where else! She had already put it on my phone so I didn’t know if I needed to go ahead and pay. Horrible experience. The phone cover was only $20 and the battery replacement in Buford was only $95 how is the screen protector that expensive for a sheet of plastic!! Pissed! She should have told me the price before she sealed it on my phone

I was pretty confident I would need to get a new iphone because my phone was pretty much completely damaged by water and within an hour they replaced the screen and good as new! Definitely will be going back for water damages in the future
They fixed my broken backglass on my 14 pro max with no appointment and did it quickly. Super nice and helpful ladies working there and excellent price. Great place to drop your phone off and grab a sit down meal in the adjacent food court restaurants while they fix it. Even sold me a comparable case to my Otterbox for a fraction of the price. Don’t waste your time/day at the Apple Store. Highly recommend this business
