Avoid this place at all costs. I paid $100 to get my phone screen replaced, and within a month it started overheating. When I went back, they refused to honor the warranty and tried to charge me $160 to fix it again. Total scam. The Cumberland location I went to doesn’t even show up anymore—probably because they know they’re ripping people off. Save yourself the headache and just go to Apple. At least you’ll get quality work and real support. These people are the worst.
Great service! I had my phone screen fixed here and they did an amazing job. Fast turnaround, fair price, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My phone looks brand new again. Highly recommend!
