BAD COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER SERVICE My sister went in for a screen repair and she came out with a PINK tinted screen. We call and he says “that’s the cheapest option” but we WERE NOT AWARE of that or we would have paid the higher option. A total joke!
I called ahead of time to get my screen fixed for my iphone 17 pro and he stated the price was $150, did not give me options, he just stated to get it fixed it would be $150. I dropped off my phone and less than an hour later I picked it up and realized my entire phone screen is a different color and looks nothing like how my original phone screen looked. He proceeded to tell me that because I chose the "cheapest one" that now that's how it's gonna look. All I asked was for it to be fixed and the same as how I had it before.... read more
